Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
A structured, evidence-informed intervention used to support teams after high-impact incidents. CISD is not therapy — it’s a preventative and supportive intervention designed to reduce acute stress reactions and support emotional recovery.
How it works:
- Activation within 24–72 hours of a qualifying incident
- Conducted on-site at your location, or virtually when needed
- ICISF-certified facilitation, following the 7-phase model
- Co-facilitated with peer support where appropriate
- Referrals provided for anyone needing ongoing care
Psychoeducation & Training
Tailored workshops that give your team the language and tools to recognize stress, support each other, and seek help before crisis. Built around your industry, your team, and your specific concerns.

What we are not
CISD is not emergency response and not a substitute for ongoing clinical care. In a true emergency, call or text 988 or call 911. Where ongoing therapy is needed, we’ll connect your team to appropriate providers.
Custom-scoped, transparently priced.
Pricing for workplace services is determined by scale and location. A 30-person team in Hyannis is a different engagement than a 300-person team that needs a multi-shift response, and the proposal reflects that.
Every engagement starts with a free discovery call where we discuss what happened (or what you’re preparing for), how many people are involved, where you’re located, and how quickly you need a response. From there, you receive a written proposal with a clear scope and price — no hidden fees, no obligation to book.
After-hours and travel
Critical incidents don’t happen on a schedule. Evening, weekend, and travel availability is negotiable — reach out and we’ll work it out.
